WHAT DO YOU DO AT THE TRANSITION ACADEMY?>>Janice Magness: The Transition Academy was set up to help students after high school, who weren’t necessarily planning on going to college, at this time. We work on life skills,
social skills, job skills, vocational, nutrition, fitness… everything that would be required
to get them ready to fit into society

But because I have children who live
in all parts of the world, I would have to keep my cell phone,
and do away with the desserts. To be successful, so they will be successful adults

We get involved with our students, and as you know, they’re adults.
They’re a lot of fun. They have a lot of humor.
