TO BE ELIGIBLE A PATIENT MUST BE TRAVELING TO A CANCER- RELATED MEDICAL APPOINTMENT, IN SOME CASES A CAREGIVER MAY HAVE TO COME ALONG WITH THAT PATIENT.
