Controversial – Episode Three “Breaking the Misconceptions of Society”

it is time I break the misconceptions of relationships for you you see up until now directly through your parents friends grandparents or indirectly in social media TV you have been taught a certain set of ideas about relationships that are just not helping you which ideas are these for instance man you should always open the door for women treat them with the absolute respect put them on a pedestal you know they’re so special and women you are taught that you should stay with them and that opens the door for you who is so nice that complements you every day and also if you go on social media you’re gonna see on Facebook when someone puts or changes their status to married everyone applauds well done congratulations or when someone publishes an article you should have never let her go you should have never let him go five signs of the perfect man of the perfect woman all this is a culture which brings you an idea of relationships that results in something that maybe you do not want I mean you have results but maybe they’re not the ones you want are you fulfilled the only way I’ve found to make sure something that I’m doing or a mentality that I’m having is working is the results I’m getting from it and now you must be wondering what are the results that emerge from this mentality that I just described statistics show that 58% of all couples in therapy are there because of infidelity marriage the pinnacle of love you see half of all marriages end up in divorce it’s like flipping a coin statistics point to the fact that 60% of all people that are married will engage in infidelity in some point in their relationships two to three percent of kids that arise from marriages are not actually from marriages but from extramarital affairs statistics that come from a lot of dating websites point to the fact that about 36 to 56 percent of people engage in extra conjugal affairs now auntie couples lives on to married lives 45% of women in contrast to 26% of men complain that their partners fail to express their emotion allottee 25% of married women in the first year of marriage complained that their partners ignore their feelings by the fourth year that number jumps to 59% in contrast to 32% of men making the same complaint almost half 49% of married men in their fourth year of marriage complain about their partner’s moodiness that is opposed to 25% of women again half 45% of women in contrast to 12% of men by their fourth year of marriage complained that their partners don’t spend enough time with them at the same time 36% of men in contrast with 7% of women by the fourth year of marriage complained that their partners demand too much time of them so you see it’s opposing these last statistics were recovered in a series of studies made by American researchers and they inquired thousands of people across cultures and these were the results they found do these statistics mean that relationships don’t work to me no it just means that the mentality we have today the one I just described before results in these numbers and my question to you is do you want to be one of these statistics or do you wanna be part of the percentage of people who are out of them because if you keep doing what you have been taught to do most likely you will be inserted inside these statistics and now it’s not your fault that you have been like this until now it’s not even your parents fault because we have been taught this it’s so deeply ingrained in our culture so it is your fault if you don’t change after seeing this video to run from those statistics by first and foremost to realize that everything they have taught you about relationships or most of it at least is not working so I believe that relationships can be absolutely fulfilling you can be fulfilled relationships can be amazing once you realize the truth behind it in that I will share with you in future videos now you have the data now you have the results now you know what our culture teaches us what it results in breaking up for now I’ll see you in the next video you
