IT SHOWS HE WAS CALM AND COMPLIANT BEFORE HE WAS SHOT. INEZ IS DUE IN COURT ON FRIDAY. FOUR DOZEN HORSES WERE TAKEN FROM A WOMAN WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CARING FOR THEM. ALONG WITH THE HILL COUNTY AUTHORITIES SEIZED THE ANIMALS AND SAVED THEM FROM CERTAIN DEATH. THEY WERE FOUND NEAR GRAND VIEW AND NOW FOUND A TEMPORARY HOME IN JOSHUA. WE FOUND EMACIATED HORSES AND SICK HORSES, INJURED HORSES. Reporter: ALMOST 50 HORSES NEAR DEATH. WE TOOK THEM STRAIGHT TO THE VETERINARIAN. ALL CEASED BY THE HUMANE SOCIETY OF THE HILL COUNTY AUTHORITIES. SHELBY IS THE DIRECTOR OF THE HUMANE SOCIETY. SHE SAID THIS IS WHERE THEY FOUND THEM. THEY ARE DOING THEIR BEST TO NURSE THE HORSES BACK TO HEALTH AND SENDING A STRONG WORD OF CAUTION TO ANYONE WHO MAY BE THINKING OF GIVING THEIR HORSE TO A RESCUE. SOMEONE CALLS THEM SELF A RESCUE. GO LOOK YOURSELF WHERE THE ANIMALS ARE GOING. WRCHTION I WANT TO SHOW YOU SOMETHING. WE JUST RECEIVED THIS PICTURE HERE. THIS IS THE HORSE WE JUST SHOWED YOU IN THE STORY. THAT HORSE IN DANGER OF BEING EUTHANIZED. THEY USED A SLING AND SHE IS UP RIGHT NOW AND SHOWING SOME IMPROVEMENT. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HELP THE
