Zoe Lin _ Leadership in National Honor Society

The vice-president, Zoe Lin, please, to speak on LEADERSHIP [Vice-President lights the candle ] The flame of this candle signifies leadership
and growth. Vince Lombardi once said, “Leaders aren’t
born, they are made. And they are made just like anything else,
through hard work. And that’s the price we’ll have to pay to
achieve that goal or any goal.” The price of leadership is sacrifice–the
willingness to yield one’s personal interests for the interest of others. Leadership should exert a wholesome influence
on the school: Good leaders through self-confidence move forward with conviction when others hesitate. The real leader strives to train and aid others
to attain the same objectives by taking the initiative in the classroom as well as in
school activities.
